At Student Systems Support, we offer two contact methods of assistance during the registration period:

Whether you are calling our Contact Centre or sending a email to our helpdesk, it is good to have as much information on hand to ensure a quick resolution.

Ensure that you have:

  • Your student number. Example: ABCDEF001
  • A screenshot of the issue you are experiencing if you are sending a email to our helpdesk
  • A short description of the issue you are experiencing.

Note: When you call our Contact Centre, our agents are only able to provide information to you as the student, and not to anyone else on your behalf.
