For international students, pre-registration clearance (i.e., visa, medical aid, and fee checks) will be completed remotely. The Faculty Office will be open for enquiries from 8 January 2024.

Returning students

24 January - 9 February 2024	Undergraduate returning students only	All day	Online: PeopleSoft Service Request	This period is open to all returning students who do not require a Student Advisor. There are no Advisors for this period of registration. Only Prelim B and Intermediate and final year.
29 January – 9 February 2024	Undergraduate returning students only	All day	Online & face-to-face options	Prelim B and Intermediate, final year, and students transferring from other faculties who need Academic Advisors. This includes students coded FECR, Supplemental Exams and Deferred.

All returning students will be activated on PeopleSoft for registration on 5 January 2024, except for those with Supplementary Exams and Deferred Exams. Students must log in to the PeopleSoft student portal to receive the registration link. Students who require academic advisors must register from 28 January 2024, when the advisors are available for consultations.

Postgraduate students: On 6 January 2024 the MOU system will be activated for all students. Due to the time it takes for the MOU to be approved, students should begin the process two weeks before they plan to register.
