Whether it is crafted in writing, captured in photos or conveyed in video, the Newsroom and Video Production team produces creative and compelling news content that promotes the university among internal and external audiences.

The team is responsible for:

• the production of corporate information and marketing publications for UCT
• online news of interest to the wider UCT community
• multi-media communications on the main UCT websites
• curating relevant content for the university-wide Campus TV network of screens
• maintaining and updating all web content across the four websites for which CMD is directly responsible: the main UCT site, staff site, applicants and students site, and UCT news site.
