58th TB Davie Memorial Lecture
UCT’s 58th TB Davie Memorial Lecture will be delivered by Judge Dire Tladi on Tuesday, 1 October 2024 at 18:00 SAST. The lecture is titled “The Narrative as the Enemy of Freedom of Thought”.
Professor Shose Kessi
Professor Shose Kessi was appointed dean of the Faculty of Humanities in November 2019, after serving as acting dean from 1 March 2019.
Professor Suki Goodman
Professor Suki Goodman was appointed as the dean of the Faculty of Commerce from 1 January 2022. She served as head of department for the School of Management Studies from 2018 until she was appointed dean. Before that, she headed the section of Organisational Psychology from 2010 to 2017.
Professor Danwood Chirwa
Professor Danwood Chirwa was appointed Dean of the Faculty of Law with effect from 1 January 2019.
