Current research: My research relates to how we create workplaces where all individuals are treated fairly and with dignity (equality, diversity and inclusion). I seek to understand how we can create organisations where people can thrive and where businesses achieve sustainable growth and outcomes (human-centred leadership and employee engagement). These themes are unified and enabled by my interest in the themes of self-leadership such as self-awareness and presencing.
