Key topics included research collaboration, PhD student recruitment and co-supervision opportunities, student and staff mobility programmes, international academic initiatives and the establishment of a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between UCT and EdUHK.
As one of the leading education-focused and research-driven universities in the Asia-Pacific region, EdUHK is internationally recognised for its strengths in teacher education, social sciences and the humanities. The visit provided a valuable opportunity to explore how both institutions can leverage their respective expertise to address shared global challenges through research, innovation and academic exchange.
