Extension Granted

An extension has been granted till Friday 29 May 2009 for public comment on the draft Regulations associated with the IP Rights from Publicly Financed R&D Act (read more here). You can download a copy of the regulations here.

Piet Barnard, Director: RCIPS, will be co-ordinating the response to the Regulations that will be sent from UCT. Please send any comments/issues that you may have with the regulations to him at Piet.Barnard@uct.ac.za by 20 May 2009. A meeting of interested UCT stakeholders is being held on Wednesday 6 May at RCIPS. Email Piet if you would like to attend. The co-ordinated comments need to be submitted to Department of Science and Technology before the deadline.
