Moaraoetsi Rakuone

Moraoetsi is an independent Consultant and a development professional with vast experience in the health and social sector, specialising in community and rural development programmes design, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. Over 15 years of experience with a focus on health, sexual and reproductive health and rights, HIV and AIDS management programmes, home based care projects, and other transformational development initiatives for rural communities and vulnerable households. Past roles included; Programmes Manager for the Global Fund Supported Programmes at Pact Lesotho; HIV and AIDS officer at World Vision International- Lesotho, and the Team Leader for Taung Area Development Programme; and Integrated Community Home Based Care Project Officer at Lesotho Red Cross Society.
