Dr Solange Rosa

Solange is Director of the Bertha Centre for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the Solution Space at the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town (UCT).  She also serves as Faculty and teaches on UCT Graduate School of Business’s Executive Education courses, international study tours and MBA programmes. Her areas of expertise include Public Policy, Strategy Development, Public Law, Public Sector Innovation and Leadership, Socio-economic Development, Youth Development, Poverty Reduction, Social Justice, Human Rights, Social Innovation, and Social Impact. She previously worked as an Independent Public Policy and Strategy Consultant, and as head of the Western Cape Government’s Policy and Strategy Unit. She holds a Doctorate in Constitutional Law from the University of Stellenbosch and a Master’s of Law (LL.M) from UCT.
