Iviwe Sixolo

Iviwe is the Events, Marketing and Communications Officer for the Bertha Centre for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the UCT GSB Solution Space. She has over ten years of experience in managing projects and events, and a strong background in community development. She holds a BCom in Economics and Finance and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice. She has created and run programmes that help young people in underserved communities build skills and confidence. In her current role, she manages communications, marketing, social media, content, and events to help raise the profile and impact of the Centre and the Solution Space. She is passionate about supporting social and economic change and uses her experience to help grow innovation and entrepreneurship.
