Marcel Du Toit
Marcel holds an LLB (Bachelor of Law) degree from Northwest University (NWU) and a Master's degree (LLM) in Labour Law from the University of Cape Town (UCT) in South Africa. With over 12 years of experience, he has provided expert advice on Labour Law to various companies across different industries. This includes working with individuals at all levels ranging, from Line Managers to Executive Directors, CFOs, COOs, CEOs, and Human Resource (HR) Business Partners. He has also gained extensive experience in dealing with unions and has successfully handled collective agreements, wage negotiations, grievance resolutions, and disciplinary issues.
