Represents members in workplace disputes and engagements with employers to protect workers' rights and interests. - Defence Against Exploitative Employers
Provides support and a "formidable defence" for workers facing bullying, exploitation, or abuse by employers. - Advocacy for Better Living Standards
Promotes policies and workplace improvements aimed at enhancing the standard of living of workers and their families. - Worker Rights and Social Justice Campaigns
Campaigns against workplace inequalities, corruption, exploitation, and unfair employment practices while promoting workers' rights and economic transformation. - Democratic Worker Participation
Ensures members have a voice in union affairs through democratic structures, accountability, mandates, and reporting mechanisms.
