• Understand how a postgraduate student uses Student Self Service to submit service requests
• Use the Service Request Dashboard and Service Request Management to track and manage service requests submitted by a postgraduate student
• Set-up Communication and Notification Preferences in order to receive notifications via your UCT Microsoft Outlook email account
• Understand that this is part of the Graduate Research Management tracking functionality
