Walk for Good. October is Mental Health Awareness Month. Participate in our 5KM Walkathon lapping the Green Mile. Bring your friends and family for a gentle stroll or power-walk activity designed to increase your energy and wellbeing. Let’s Walk to the beat in support of UCT Students! Each entrant will receive a completion prize

- Make sure you DRESS with flair – any theme or colours you choose for your group. Or dress in UCT colours
- Book on Webtickets to register yourself or a group.
- Participation in the UCT Day sports challenges will not levy a fee. All UCT Day events are free of charge. Instead, we urge you to make a voluntary donation, using the donate buttons on the Webtickets site.
- Proceeds from the donations will be applied to 1 of the 4 UCT Day Student Support initiatives.
