To minimise any delays in issuing the required letter:
Thoroughly read and upload the required documentation. Ensure that your supporting documents are not older than 3 months.

Important to Note: Your letter will take 3-5 working days to be processed after all required and correct documentation has been received. The processing period is calculated from the first working day following receipt of your submission. Should we require further information, we will notify you via email. The International office hours: Mon - Thursday 8:30 - 16:30 / Friday 8:30 - 16:00 and is closed over weekends and SA public Holidays.
